“simple solutions“ are based on many years of experience in implant development. There are people in our

SHAPES
To ensure a fixed connection, we have to work with the shape of the implant. Based on the position of the tooth, the quality of the bone tissue and other factors, we have prepared for you - the basic and extended range of implants.

SURFACES
We were able to apply the same technology to the surface of our implants as the orthopedic implants. This means a plasma injection of pure titanium, which increased the surface of the implant several times with irregular textures. And we apply plasma injection of hydroxylapatite layer.

MATERIAL
Our surface has a gradient composition. The implants are made of high-strength titanium Ti6AlV4 ELI. On the surface of the implant, we plasma-coated commercially pure titanium gr. 2. This layer is then covered with a layer of hydroxylapatite.

GRADIENT SURFACES
The surface feature another key function of the implant. To ensure rapid osteointegration, we covered the surface with pure
titanium - gr.2. using plasma injection at temperature 1500⁰C. This greatly increased the surface of the entire implant
while creating an irregular surface structure that iniciate cell growth. The subsequent hydroxyapatite layer was also
deposited by plasma injections. Its function is to ensure the distribution of substances promoting faster growth of bone tissue.

SURGICAL KIT
The simple design of the surgical kit
is associated with the simplicity of our
push-in® implants application. Color
lines lead you through the process. After
the procedure, simply rinse and put the
whole set on sterilization. Simple and
robust enough for reuse.
